Cakes at Coffee Bean

Went to coffee bean for some cake session on saturday afternoon :)

After several recommendations from my sis about the cheese cake there...i decided to give it a try...

Even tho the cakes there are RM2 more expensive than secret recipe's (RM6 per slice)

hehehehe...i ordered...

and my sis had...

i must say the texture is creamier than secret recipe's cheese cake which i think is quite dry
and of course coffee bean's cake slice is bigger! hehehe

the peanut butter cheese cake is more on the sweet side...topped with a thick layer of creamy peanut butter and there are bits of peanut in the cake itself

the chocolate swirl is less sweet but it is more cheesy :)

Cakes anyone?

Best Roti Planta So Far

If you ask me, i think the best place to have roti canai planta in Kuching is still the one at the Expert Food Court at Jalan Song.

The roti planta is crispy and buttery...yummmm...love it! :)

and the texture is just RIGHT!

Going at only RM1.20 per piece...you just have to try it for yourself!
